mattpOne just popped up advertising a job. I think I'll apply for it.
I wandered downstairs and spoke to $person at the cash desk. I was told I'd get a more favourable response if I spoke to him in person, so I'll hang around 'til 11o'clock when the shift starts.
There is hope yet - I may not have to move back down south.
