Tax

I've just realised; it's almost the end of the tax year and I've been working for less than 6 months. This puts me in the lower tax bracket, so come the end of the FISCAL year (April 1st) I should be owed a rebate. It works out as somewhere around 3 weeks pay, but I'll not complain. I hate the fact we have to pay tax, so rebates are always a nice surprise. Oscar Wilde was quoted as saying "Two things in life are certain: death and taxes". IIRC there's a second sentence, but I forget what.

I dunno what to spend it on yet; I've not received the money. I want to check I am actually owed the money before I spend it :-)
