Royal Mail are mongs

I received a card in the post from Royal Mail telling me that they were holindg a letter due to insufficient postage. This card listed two options: 1) Take the card to the post office (with limited opening hours) and pay cash over the counter to collect the item 2) Put postage to cover the excess and post the card.

I took the lazyeasy option of 2. The card was redelivered to me, franked.

ETA: The same card was redelivered to me again this morning :-)
