My weekend / LJ tag soup

Yesterday:
Went to the Garden of Delights this evening with housemate Simon, and finally met lyra after several weeks of journal comments and MSN conversations. Met up with paul and soon after foundh dineleeeee and some of his friends. Saw Gordon who I'd not seen for the best part of a year. The ents there were absolutely fantastic. I so wish I'd taken photos. lyra, it was fab to finally meet you.


Today:
Flying lesson was moved to midday with normal instructor and it went very well once again. Was in a different craft this time, one which was much more twitchy and sensitive but I think I preferred it. It's all coming together very well and I'm doing things automatically now rather than having to think about them, and this has been the case 3 lessons running, so I'm ecstatic about it all.

Then went over to see shinydan, flirtydaz, sainymaryuk, welshlad and a few others whose LJ names I don't know, for welshlad's birthday.

Am away in Lincs, Sussex, London, Midlands and London next week so will be clocking up lots of miles and sadly be missing biphoria. Saturday will see a BBQ at faerierhona's place, and flying again on Sunday.

Burn the candle at both ends? Nah, s'not my style, gov.
