mattpEarlier in the week I got a call from my mum who was coming to London for a meeting of some kind and would be finished mid-afternoon so we arranged to meet up. I'd not seen her, embarrasingly so, since Christmas.
She also delivered a few heavily belated christmas presents, including
a geeky tie with Leonardo Da Vinci skteches on it and a couple of books that I'd been after for a while.
She was shaking off a cold though, so had to go home not long after we ate.
