One problem with monitoring a network of almost 150 machines is that when a netowrking device fails you can be sent lots of false alerts.

I've been sent somewhere in the region of 400 text messages. I've received maybe 100 of them, but they're still coming in thick and fast. If you want to get hold of me tonight, I'd recommend phoning rather than sending a text. (Else catch me on one of the many IM services I use)
