Poptastic

I'd not been for a couple of weeks. It was very quiet, but this is most likely because it's the new year. The music and atmosphere were great.

I went wearing my BiCon2001 top, and got stopped by a group of people who wanted to read it. They were really aware of bi issues. This seemed to be because one of them used to identify as bi. I was quite impressed - usually I get such a frosty reaction.

I also saw two people I knew from Manchester Deaf Club (I've not been for so long - I ought to pop back at some stage and my BSL skills are waning).

All in all, it was a good night.
