Looking for accommodation?

I have 2, maybe 3 rooms to spare.

The rooms are *large* - 8' x 10' or so.

One is available immediately, two from mid-July, though might be able to move stuff in prior to that.

I live in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Victoria Park/Longsight, a few minutes walk from two major bus routes and a supermarket.

35p.p.p.w, incl. of bills. Broadband internet access available :-)

All I ask is that you are

• Geek tolerant (or a geek yourself)
  
• A non-smoker

Is your house cat tolerant? I have two. If the answer is yes, I may be interested in an ASAP move. My neighbours have declared war on non-conformity :(
