I know a number of you have been looking for housing, some with success, others not.
I have a room to spare in my house north of the river in zone 4 (Burnt Oak, nr Mill Hill Broadway)

HA8 9 if you want to look it up on a map. Several nearby local bus routes serving Mill Hill Broadway, Edware, Burnt Oak, and further afield, plus an all night busroute which traverses the Northern line from Trafalgar Sqaure.

330 pcm with all (except phone) bills included, even council tax. No minimum contract. Multi-channel TV subscription and Internet access available.

Someone else has already expressed an interest though if it doesn't work out for whatever reason then I'll start looking at alternatives. (I'm going on a request-order basis)
