Pancake day - invitation
Wow - it's Shrove Tuesday tomorrow. I just realised that I don't have a recipe for pancakes. (I prefer them thin and crepe-like). Can anyone oblige?
I have a few ideas for toppings, both savoury and sweet:
Anyone else got any suggestions?
I might be tempting fate, but if I were to offer to cook a few, who would be interested in attending?
I'm aiming to start around 1930-2000ish.

Whilst speaking of cooking, those of you who like to read my recipes will have missed the backdated entry here from when I cooked dinner last week.

- Strawberries, apples and black pepper
- marshmallows and chocolate sauce
- bolognase sauce
- cheese and tomato
