Air gig
This was my first gig at the Apollo. The venue wasn't excellent - being an old cinema (and presumably theatre judging by the gold trimmings on the ceiling) the floor sloped downwards slightly.
It was an unusual experience - this was the first non-bouncy gig that I'd ever been to. I would so liked to have gone to Sigur Ros and Belle And Sebastian when they were playing, but wasn't able to attend for whatever reason.
The music itself was fantastic and the lighting was awesome. My favourite part was the dobule-tempo rendition of Kelly Reach The Stars.
The band interacted well with the crowd

At the end I saw T (who I work with) and C. (I'd not seen his text message annoucing his presence because I'd left my phone at home). We looked at the sound and lighting decks and they we really quite special.

jillys, but by the time I had eaten I was so tired that I just went to sleep. I woke up just under an hour ago.
Plan for the day:
get dressed, buy caffeine (I've run out), eat, bowling at 6, curry
Dunno what I'm doing late evening, but I'll be contactable via my mobile if you want to meet up. What's everyone else doing today?
