Curry helped to keep the cold symptoms at bay until today. I think my mistake was getting up an hour early and spending 11 hours in the office and then going ringing. (OTOH I got some great advice and suggestions for the Edgware ringers, so it's not all bad)

Just had dinner now. Hope to be fine for jezebel_z's birthday celebrations tomorrow.
