Gene Gig
I went to the Gene gig at the Hop & Grape. It was great - they're really good live but I thought the atmosphere coul've been a bit better. It's a small venue, which is proably a lot to do with it. I didn't dance much as a result, but I'm still glad I went.
I went with Dave and Martin, and met one of Martin's volunteers at work, and her friend who expressed interest in going along to the Bluetones' gig in December. I'll have to get in contact with her via Martin beforehand to arrange to meet up.
I haven't been to a gig since Placebo with drivelhead last October and I really miss the live music scene, especially since I didn't go to Reading festival this year due to me being at BiCon in Coventry.
