Expanding my music range
Last night, on a whim, I bought Gomez - Split the difference and Goldfrapp's Black Cherry. I'd not heard any of their music before but I'd seen them referenced in friends' posts, and those people have a similar taste to me.
I'm looking for suggestions of new bands that may be in line with my taste in music.
Some of the bands that I listen to most frequently are: Add N To (X), Air, A Perfect Circle, Gene, The Cranberries, The Levellers, Suede, Sigur Ros, Placebo, Muse, The Counting Crows, Penguin Cafe Orchestra, Belle And Sebastian.
Any ideas? (MP3s/OGGs wouldn't go amiss, if at all possible ;-)
