Coincidence of right now

I just took a call from a telecanvasser from the LibDems asking my political persuasion. She asked about my housemates too, who weren't home, but I decided not to tell her because I'm not sure if they'd want me too, and also I'm not sure about their beliefs.

Approximately 30s later, I take a call from hardened LibDem fanatic (!) softfruit.

I don't read anything into these coincidences (because, well, they are just that, a coincidence) but I like to at least acknowledge them. Perhaps I should start keeping a list :-)

Might as well give an update of the past 10 days or so

Monday: went bellringing for the firs time in ages, due to working late previous mondays.

Tuesday: Went to see Rocky Horror show with snork_maiden and co. Having not seen it before, that was a point off my purity score, though I've got a long way to go to reach some of you! Went to poptastic in the late evening. Was OK, though it's really different than on a Saturday. Music's less good and I don't know any of the mid-week crowd.

Wednesday: Had a dinner party with Charlotte, Steve and Robert. Cooked a nice-'n'-simple bolognase.

Last night: made loads of progress with a diary site (based heavily on LiveJournal, as it happens) that I'm writing for my dad beause he's going cruising (no, not that sort, you smut monkeys ;-)) for a few years, leaving in 4 weeks. The main achievement was fixing the bug in the session cookie code.

Nothing of huge significance.
